Below we have put together the most frequently asked questions to help you with your purchases and aftercare. What are the standard delivery charges?
Standard charges are £4.95 per delivery address. Deliveries to Scottish, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Island are £9.95. All orders over £75 shall be delivered free of charge to the UK.
How long will it take for me to receive my goods?
We aim to deliver stocked items within 7-10 working days however there maybe a delay if your order is not in stock. If it is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
At checkout you have asked for my CVV code. What is this?
CVV is Credit Card Validation Value. This is the 3 digit code printed on the back of your card. This is required as an extra security measure against card fraud.
Can I have my order delivered to a different delivery address?
Yes. Please fill in the delivery address details on the checkout page.

What is Fullness?
Fullness or 'gather' as it is sometimes referred to is the width of material used in each curtain or net. You'll notice in the pictures on Net Curtain Corner that the nets do not lie flat against the window; they have soft folds or ridges - this is what we refer to as Fullness - the greater the fullness the more folds and ridges. We recommend double fullness as the minimum. If however you are looking for a more contemporary feel with a 'flat' look you should opt for the exact width of fabric for the window or door. Fullness adds greater privacy.
How can I check the fabric matches my room and décor?
We take care to ensure that the colours on the images are as accurate as possible however each computer monitor can differ slightly.

Are my details kept safe?
Your details are always kept safe and are only used by Net Curtain Corner. We do not pass on details to third parties. We used a well recognised secure payment system called SagePay - previously called Protx.
How can I order?
Orders can be placed on-line or by calling us on 01903 230162. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm. Please note we are closed Wednesday afternoon. Saturday 9.30am - 4.00pm. Outside these hours please leave a message and we will return your call.
How do I take care of my net curtains?
Net curtains should be hand washed at regular intervals. Before washing shake off any dust and then immerse into lukewarm water with detergent (not bleach based). Net curtain whitener can help restore net curtains to their original brightness. Do not use a bleaching agent. The curtains should be left to drip dry and can be ironed on a cool temperature if needed.
Returns and Refunds
Should there be any fault with the net curtains at the time you receive them, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange or a full refund.We will also offer a full refund if the design or measurements of the net curtains do not correspond with your order.However because of the nature of the fabrics all standard drop measurements are aproximate with a tolarance of up to 2.5cm/1"either way if you would like a more exact measurement on the drop please ask us to check at the time of ordering. The nets must not be adjusted in any way and must be returned within 14 days in merchantable condition including all original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully merchantable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you do return goods to us, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage because we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately, once we have cut the net curtains, we cannot offer a refund if you have made an error in your measurements or if you subsequently change your mind about the design. This is because all our net curtains are made-to-measure in accordance with a customer’s specific requirements. We appreciate that a mistake can therefore be costly and we would urge you to measure your window carefully and contact us if you have any queries. If you do realise after making an order that your measurements are incorrect or that you would prefer an alternative design, please contact us on 01903 230162 as soon as possible. If we have not yet cut the nets, we would be happy to adjust your order free of charge.
